The car service reservation information system is a service that makes it easier for customers to service their vehicles so they don't have to queue for a long time. For the car service reservation system on "CAR SERVICE RESERVATION AT PT. AGUNG TOYOTA DURI" currently the admin is still doing the work manually, causing the Company's performance to be hampered and quite time consuming. The aim of creating this system is to facilitate customers in ordering vehicle maintenance services online, provide information about available times and types of services, and enable electronic payments. So it can help admins in conveying car service reservation information and receiving car service reservation requests submitted via online media. This system was created using HTML (HyperText Markup Language), PHP programming language, XAMPP as a media or localhost web server, MySQL as a database and Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a modeling tool. By implementing the system, it is hoped that it will simplify and reduce errors that may occur. This system is also expected to speed up the input, output and report creation processes which can help the service reservation admin section.
