Perbandingan Latihan Dumbell Dan Latihan Resistance Band Terhadap Power Otot Lengan Pada Atlet Kumite Karate Ranting Baterai C Panam
Power is a physical component that is needed when executing locomotor attacks, and power is also a biomotor component that is very important in sports activities, because power determines the amount of strength people have in hitting, jumping, running, in the sport of karate. This research was conducted because the karate kohai training at Battery C Panam was only limited to practicing kihon kumite without any development of power training moodels. With a population of 10 people, and samples through total sampling techniques so that 10 people were sampled in the study. Calculations in this study through the Shapiro-wilk normality test which states that the data is normally distributed. Paired Sample t- Test test shows dumbell (p-value 0.351>0.05) which means dumbell training is not significant, while the resistance band results (p-value 0.004
