Tinjauan Kondisi Fisik Sekolah Sepak Bola Di Rumbai Soccer Club (RSC)
This study aims to analyze the physical condition of the football school at Rumbai Soccer Club (RSC) by using a series of tests to measure physical components, namely endurance, speed, agility, strength (leg muscles), coordination, and explosiveness (leg muscles). This research method uses a descriptive approach with a total sampling technique, where the entire population of the U17 football school at RSC, which totals 14 people, is used as a research sample. Data was obtained through a variety of physical tests, including MFT tests for endurance, 30-meter dashes for speed, Illinois for agility, leg dynamometers for strength, soccer wall volley for coordination, and standing long jumps for explosivenessData analysis was carried out using mean values and standard deviations, and categorized based on the T-score scale to determine the classification of the physical condition of each component. The results showed that most of them were in the "moderate" physical condition category, but there were some components, such as leg muscle strength, agility, and coordination, that were in the low category and required more attention in training. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of a structured training program to improve the physical components that are still lacking, so that they can achieve optimal performance and support more competitive team performance.
