ABSTRACT


This study aims to analyze the financial feasibility and sensitivity to the decline in partner farmers' oil palm and competition between FFB traders in Mr. Susanto's FFB Sale and Purchase Business in Mahato Village, North Tambusai District, Rokan Hulu Regency. The research method used is the case study method. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data analysis was carried out using financial feasibility analysis through investment criteria, namely Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C). The results showed that Mr. Susanto's FFB Sale and Purchase Business activities in the financial aspect can be said to be feasible to continue or run. This feasibility is based on the positive NPV value of Rp.4.819.481.521, the IRR value obtained is greater than the benchmark interest rate (SOCC) which is 83,98%, and the Net B/C value is greater than one rupiah which is Rp.9,23. The results of the sensitivity analysis based on a decrease in partner oil palm production that has occurred, namely 360,000 Kg per year, show that the business is still feasible to run.
