The rapid development of digital technology has driven the need for efficient data management systems, including in the field of infrastructure. The Public Works, Spatial Planning, Housing, Settlement Areas, and Land Affairs Office (PUPRPKPP) of Riau Province faces challenges in providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding road inventory through its website. Outdated data and limited features are the main obstacles. This research aims to design and develop a web-based Road Inventory Data Management Information System to address these issues. The system is expected to improve the efficiency of the road inventory data collection, processing, and reporting processes at the PUPRPKPP of Riau Province. The developed system uses PHP programming language, the CodeIgniter 4 framework, and MySQL database to ensure optimal performance and flexibility in development. The system design utilizes Unified Modeling Language (UML) with use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams to produce a structured and easily understandable system model. With this system, it is hoped that the staff at PUPRPKPP will find it easier to manage road inventory data, improve data accuracy, and provide more comprehensive information. Additionally, the system is expected to contribute to the improvement of road infrastructure quality in Riau Province through better planning and decision-making based on accurate and up-to-date data.
