Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Dan Kinerja Pegawai BPN Kota Pekanbaru
In the success of an organization in achieving its goals, there are always
workforces and all existing human resources that play a major role behind it.
Performance as an embodiment of an employee's work behavior that is displayed
as a work performance in accordance with their role in an organization within a
certain period of time. The research was conducted at the National Land Agency
of Pekanbaru City. The goal is to determine the effect of work discipline, work
environment, and work motivation on job satisfaction and employee
performance.This research took a sample of 45 BPN employees. The sampling
was done by using a simple random sampling technique. This research uses
quantitative methods and data were analyzed using Modeling analysis PLS.
The results showed that work discipline had a significant effect on job
satisfaction. The increase in work discipline will increase the employee's job
satisfaction. The work environment has a significant effect on job satisfaction. The
more conducive the work environment, the more it will increase employee’s job
satisfaction. Work motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction.
Increasing work motivation will increase employee’s job satisfaction. Work
discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. The increase in work
discipline will improve the employee performance. The work environment has a
significant effect on employee performance. The more conducive the work
environment, the more it will improve the employee performance. Work
motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Increasing work
motivation will improve the employee performance. Job satisfaction has a
significant effect on employee performance. Increasing job satisfaction will
improve the employee performance.
