Analisis Usahatani Dan Pemasaran Lada Putih Di Kecamatan Lingga Utara Kabupaten Lingga Provinsi Kepulauan Riau
ABSTRACT
This research is the aim to know (1) analyze the income of white pepper farming
in North Lingga District, (2) analyze the efficiency of white pepper farming in
North Lingga District, (3) find out the marketing channel of white pepper in North
Lingga District, and (4) analyze marketing costs, margins, profit, and marketing
efficiency of white pepper in North Lingga District. The sample of farmers in this
study amounted to 15 respondents and the sample of traders amounted to 7
respondents. The research method uses a census technique by taking respondents
as a whole, farmers and traders who carry out farming and marketing activities for
white pepper. The results show that the total production costs that must be
incurred by white pepper farmers in one year are Rp 37.008.728,92/Ha with a
total revenue of Rp 106.712.550,00/Ha, the net income received by farmers is Rp
69.703.461,08/Ha with an RCR value of Rp 2,91 while the marketing channel
analysis consists of two marketing channels with the largest total costs, margins
and profits in marketing channel I, namely Rp 2.454,55/kg, Rp 20.000,00/kg, and
Rp 17.545,45/kg. while the efficiency of marketing channel II is more efficient
when compared to marketing channel I, which is 3,12%.
