ABSTRACT
The marketing mix is important for a company in running a business, including for
gofood services. The right marketing mix will result in customer satisfaction so that it
will have a good impact on the company. This study aims to analyze the characteristics
of gofood consumers, identify the aspects of the service marketing mix that have the
most dominant influence, and identify the satisfaction of gofood consumers in
Pekanbaru City. This is a survey research with a non-probability sampling method and
data analysis using descriptive analysis, Importance Performance Analysis, and
Customer Satisfaction Index. The results showed 1) Gofood consumers in Pekanbaru
City were mostly groups of people who often shopped impulsively, were at an age with
a high level of innovation adoption, spread over every sub-district, did not have many
dependents, often used social media, had high school education, and low income/still
dependent on parents, 2) The aspect of the place marketing mix is the most dominant
influence on consumer satisfaction, 3) Consumers are very satisfied with the marketing
mix of gofood services.
