ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of the board of directors on the
financial performance of banking companies, the influence of the board of
commissioners on the financial performance of banking companies, the influence
of the Audit Committee on the financial performance of banking companies, the
influence of Intellectual Capital on financial performance. banking company. The
population of this study are banking companies listed on the Indonesian stock
exchange in the period 2016-2019. The sample of this study was selected with
purposive sampling criteria so that 34 banking companies were listed
consecutively starting from 2014-2018. The analytical tool used in this study uses
Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, hypothesis testing in this study using SPSS.
The results of this study indicate that the board of directors has no and no
significant effect on financial performance, the board of commissioners has no
and no significant effect on financial performance, the audit committee has no
effect on financial performance, Intellectual Capital has an effect on positive and
significant to financial performance
