Uji Pertumbuhan Dan Daya Hasil 10 Genotipe Tanaman Tomat (Solanum Lycopersicum)
ABSTRACT
The objective of this study was determine the growth and yield of 10 tomato plant
genotypes that are adaptive in the lowlands. This study used a randomized block
design (RAK) consisting of 10 treatments and 3 replications so that there were 30
experimental units. The characters observed were age at flowering plant height,
stem diameter, harvest age, fruit weight per plant, number of fruit per plant,
weight per fruit, fruit length, fruit diameter and fruit flesh thickness. Data were
analyzed using ANOVA using SAS 9.00 software and The results of the analysis
of variance were carried out by Dunnett's further test at 5% level. The treatment of
the genotype tested gave a very significant effect on plant height, fruit length, fruit
diameter, fruit weight per plant, number of fruit per plant and weight per fruit. The
results showed that the genotype SG2 had better fruit weight per plant and number
of fruits per plant compared to the comparison variety TORA-IPB.
