Aplikasi Pupuk Dan Berbagai Jenis Insektisida Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Produksi Tanaman Padi (Oryza Sativa L.)
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of fertilizer application, the effect
of insecticide application, the interaction of the use of fertilizers and various types
of insecticides on the growth and production of rice plants and to determine the
combination of the use of fertilizers and the application of the best types of
insecticides on the growth and production of rice plants. This research was
conducted experimentally using a factorial completely randomized design (CRD).
The first factor is fertilizer consisting of four levels, namely: 100% inorganic
fertilizer + petroganic 4 ton.ha-1, 75% inorganic fertilizer + compost 2 ton.ha-1 +
biological fertilizer, 50% inorganic fertilizer + fertilizer 3 ton.ha-1 compost +
biofertilizer and 25% inorganic fertilizer + 4 ton.ha-1 compost + biofertilizer. The
second factor is insecticide which consists of three levels, namely: chemical
insecticides, vegetable insecticides and biological agents. Parameters observed
were plant height, maximum tillers, productive tillers, panicle exit age, harvest
age, panicle length, percentage of pithy grain, weight of 1000 grains of grain,
weight of milled dry grain, types of pests that attack, and intensity of pest attacks.
The data obtained were analyzed statistically using analysis of variance and further
tested with Duncan's New Multiple Range Test at a level of 5% using the SAS
application. The application of fertilizers and the application of various types of
insecticides had a significant effect. The interaction of fertilizer application and
various types of insecticides can increase the growth and production of rice plants.
The combination application of 25% inorganic fertilizer + compost 4 ton.ha-1 +
biological fertilizer and biological agents has been able to provide the best results
for the growth and production of rice plants.
