Kinerja Guru Sejarah Dalam Pembelajaran Daring Di SMAN 6 Sarolangun Jambi
Covid 19 pandemic changed human daily life especially in education field. The leaarning process which done offline changed into online learning process and it influenced all the teachers’ performance indicators. The research purposed to know the history teachers’ performance indicators while online learning at SMAN 6 Sarolangun Jambi. The research method of this research is descriptive quantitative by using survey method. The Technique of data collection of this research used questionner as instrument. Then, the technique of data analysis used descriptif statistical using presentation. The population of this research were 346 students of SMAN 6 Sarolangun Jambi. Based on result of the research, it was concluded that the teachers’ performance indicator while online learning at SMAN 6 SarolangunJambi at covid 19 pandemic, it was categorized positive with the presentation very positive 22,86% or 8 students, it was categorized positive by the presentation 11,43% or 4 students, it was categorized medium by the presentation 25,71% or 9 students, it was categorized negative by the presentation 22,86% atau 8 students. And it was categorized very negative by the presentation 17,14% or 6 students. The result means the history teacher performances indicators while covid 19 pandemic was medium score.
