Survei Pembinaan Olahraga Futsal Di Club Real Wahid Raf Pekanbaru Di Masa Pandemi Covid-19

In order to achieve the optimal accomplishment, each of a certain sport has specific requirements of characteristics. Sport coaching is occurred through strategic program and rational arrangements to enhance the quality of the athlete in pursuing good achievements. The implementation of sport coaching becomes a great factor to a particular sport leading to the development of that particular sport. The purpose of this study is to find out the implementation of futsal team coaching in Real Wahid RAF Pekanbaru during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study used descriptive quantitative as the method of the research. Google form was used to collect the data from the participants. The participants were consisted of 65 athletes and 3 coaches from Real Wahid RAF club Pekanbaru. The sampling technique that was used was total sampling since the number of population was less than 100 people. The obtained data was analyzed using SPSS 25 For Windows using descriptive statistics. The result of this study is that the respondents’ achievement target for aspect athletes was 84.43%, for aspect coaches was 80.73%, the facilities aspect obtained 79.56%, and structural oranization obtained 79.43%. The overall result of the respondents’ achievement target was 79.43% which was categorized good.
