Respon Tanaman Padi (Oryza Sativa L.) Terhadap Bakteri Pelarut Fosfat Dan Fungi Mikoriza Arbuskular Di Sawah Pada Tinggi Muka Air 5 Cm Di Bawah Permukaan Tanah
ABSTRACT
This study airms to determine the effect of giving phosphate solubilizing bacteria and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi and getting the best dose to increase the growth and production of paddy soil (Oryza sativa L.). This study used a ramdomized block design, consisting of two factors with three replications. First factor is phosphate solubilizing bacteria consisting of three levels (0, 20 and 40 ml per plant). Second factor is arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi consisting of three levels (0, 25 and 50 g per plant). Parameter observed were plant height, root canopy ratio, maximum number of shoots, productive number of shoots, age out panicle, harvest age, number of pithy grain per panicle, harvest age, percentage of pithy grain, dry milled grain weight per plot and weight of 1000 pithy grains. The results showed that the interaction of 40 ml phosphate solubilizing bacteria and 50 g arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi per plant had a significant effect on the number of productive shoots, percentage of pithy grain, number of pithy grain per panicle, and the weight of milled dry grain per plot. Keywords: phosphate solubilizing bacteria, arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi, Paddy Soil
