Aplikasi Kompos Serasah Kedelai Dan Pupuk Npk Pada Inceptisol (Dystrudepts) Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Hasil Tanaman Kedelai [Glycine Max (L.) Merril]
ABSTRACT
This study aimed to determine the interaction between soybean litter compost and NPK fertilizer on Inceptisol (Dystrudepts) on the growth and yield of soybean plants and to obtain the best dose. This research was conducted at the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Riau University, from January to May 2021. This research was conducted experimentally using a factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of two factors. The first factor is the dose of soybean litter compost (K) which consists of four levels, namely: 0, 2, 4 and 6 ton.ha-1. The second factor is the dose of NPK fertilizer (N), which consists of 3 levels, namely: 0.100 and 150 kg.ha-1. The data obtained were analyzed statistically using variance and followed by the smallest significant difference test (BNT) at 5% level. Parameters observed were plant height (cm), number of primary branches, flowering age (days), harvest age (days), number of pods per plant (fruit), percentage of pithy pods per plant (%), number of seeds per plant (grain), seed weight per plant (g), seed weight/m2 (g) and weight of 100 seeds (g). There was an interaction of giving soybean litter compost at a dose of 6 ton.ha-1 and NPK fertilizer at a dose of 150 kg.ha-1 on plant height parameters. Provision of soybean litter compost at a dose of 6 ton.ha-1 resulted in the highest plant height. The application of NPK fertilizer at a dose of 150 kg.ha-1 increased the yield of number of pods per plant, number of seeds per plant, seed weight per plant, seed weight/m2.
