Penerapan Kit Listrik Berbasis Stem Kontekstual Dalam Pembelajaran IPA Untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Berpikir Kreatif Siswa Kelas IX SMP
This study aims to determine the level of learning outcomes of creative thinking skills and compare the level of creative thinking skills of students who use STEM-Contextual-based electric KIT with students who use School Electric KIT on electrical circuits and Ohm law. This study uses a quasi-experimental method conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Tambang. The sampling technique used was simple purposive sampling for as many as 2 classes in this study. Data collection was determined from the test instrument for creative thinking skills in the form of multiple choice. The results of the analysis of the data obtained are that there are differences in learning outcomes for the level of creative thinking skills of the two
classes. The percentage of creative thinking skills of students who use STEMContextual-
based Electric KIT is 81%. Learning with STEM-Contextual-based
Electric KIT can be concluded to improve creative thinking skills more than classes
using School Electric KIT. Both groups get the "creative" category but the
percentage of classes that use STEM-Contextual is superior by 7.59%. The
researchers hope that in the learning process activities of electrical circuit materials
in junior high schools, they can use STEM-Contextual-based Electrical KIT to
support students' creative skills in science learning
