Analisis Pola Dan Perilaku Konsumsi Kacang- Kacangan Oleh Rumahtangga Di Provinsi Riau

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the consumption pattern of the commodity nuts. The data comes from the Central Bureau of Statistics of Riau Province using the Socio-Economic Survey data in 2020. This study uses the Regression Unreleated Regression (SUR) method and the Almost Ideal Demand System (AIDS) model. The results showed that the higher the share of income, the share of expenditure on peanuts without skin, other nuts and products from nuts increased. The greater the number of household members, the higher consumption expenditure on skinless peanuts and soybeans. The higher the education level of housewives, the higher consumption expenditure on skinless peanuts, soybeans, other nuts, oncom and products from nuts. In urban areas, consumption of skinless peanuts and tempeh decreased, while consumption of soybeans, other nuts, tofu and result of nuts increased than in rural areas.
