Analisis Kesediaan Membayar (Willingness To Pay) Ayam Organik Mentah Produksi Ud. Rahayu Ak Kota Pekanbaru Dan Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhinya
ABSTRACT
People are becoming more selective in choosing food products to consume because there is awareness of the dangers of chemical substances. This causes the demand for organic food products to increase, one of which is organic chicken. However, the marketing of organic chicken products is still experiencing problems related to high prices. This study aims to describe the characteristics of consumers, analyze the value of willingness to pay and analyze the factors that influence the willingness to pay for organic chickens. This study uses descriptive analysis, Contingent Valuation Method (CVM) and multiple linear regression. This research was carried out in every reseller selling raw organic chicken produced by UD. Rahayu AK in Pekanbaru City from August 2021 to August 2022. The sample was taken by purposive sampling. The results of this study show that consumers of raw organic chicken produced by UD. Rahayu AK is on average 44 years old, female, married, type of family household with a small number of family members, Muslim, Minang ethnic, Indonesian citizen of indigenous descent, domiciled in Pekanbaru City, has completed higher education, has a per capita income. months above Rp3.500.000,00 and work as an entrepreneur. Consumers who are willing to pay more for raw organic chicken are 90.24% of consumers with an average WTP value of around 10% higher than the current price. Significant factors affect the value of willingness to pay for raw organic chicken produced by UD. Rahayu AK is income, education and reason to buy organic chicken.
