Penerapan Strategi Pembelajaran Everyone Is A Teacher Here Terhadap Hasil Belajar Sejarah Siswa Kelas X IPS 1 Mas Syafa’aturrasul Teluk Kuantan
The low learning outcomes of students in class X IPS 1 MAS
Syafa'aturrasul Teluk Kuantan is due to the fact that teachers are not yet skilled in
delivering learning materials without using effective learning strategies so that
students are less active when participating in the learning process and ultimately
result in low student understanding of history learning materials. This study aims
to determine teacher activities, student activities, and student learning outcomes
after implementing the Everyone is a Teacher Here learning strategy in class X
IPS 1 MAS Syafa'aturrasul Teluk Kuantan. This research is Classroom Action
Research (CAR), namely, action research carried out in the classroom with the
aim of improving and improving the quality of classroom learning by teachers to
students in a systematic, objective, and reflective manner in dealing with problems
in class. The results of this study concluded that in the first cycle the student's
activity value was 69.8 and increased in the second cycle, which was 81.8. In this
case, it can be proven that there is an increase in the value of student learning
activities from cycle I to cycle II, namely 12. Teacher activity in cycle I scores
64.5% (enough) and increases in cycle II to 85.4% (good). Meanwhile, for the
learning outcomes in the post-test cycle I the average completeness was obtained,
namely 56% as many as 14 students who exceeded the predetermined KKM score,
in the second cycle the average post-test completeness was 88% as many as 22
students whose scores exceeded the KKM score. In this case, it can be proven that
there is an increase in the percentage from cycles I and II, which is 32%.
