Analisa Kesetimbangan Gaya Dan Titik Berat Excavator Skala Laboratorium
ABSTRACK
Excavator is a heavy equipment used to move material from one place to another. Excavators are widely used in various fields, namely: construction, mining, infrastructure and so on. Riau University has produced a mini excavator model design at the Hydraulic and Pneumatic Laboratory of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering using a pneumatic system based on a traveling unit (undercarriage), equipped with a remote control system, and a 360˚ swing rotation. The author makes modifications to the air supply section using a compressed air storage tube (pressure vessel) and a current supply from the battery. .55 MPa and 4.56 MPa for the shell, while the 2015 Autodesk Inventor software data, the highest stress on the tube (head) is 4.15 MPa and the shell is 4.49 MPa. The tube pressure is 11.6 bar, the total air requirement of the system pneumatic 9.6 bar and the remaining air is saved 2 bar, to move the pneumatic system it takes air pressure of 11.6-9.6 bar and a mass of battery current for 43 minutes, so the movement is like an excavator. From the test data above, the bucket section specimen has a length of width and a center of gravity in testing 1 = 6 cm, testing 2 = 11 cm, testing 3 = 9.5, a point of gravity 0.035 kg, in the arm specimen, there is a length of width and a center of gravity of testing 1 = 7 cm. test 2 = 27 cm test 3 = 3cm and center of gravity 0.60 kg specimen boom test 1 = 34 cm test specimen 2 = 10 cm and center of gravity 9,065 kg.
