Pengaruh Bauran Pemasaran Terhadap Keputusan Berbelanja Di Indogrosir Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to understand a relation between marketing mix and
purchase intention with consumer characteristics in Indogrosir Pekanbaru including
advice for development. This research approach uses quantitative descriptive with
questionnaire likert scale. Sampling of this research uses non probability sampling
with purposive sampling method. Sample that was used in this research is 101.
Questionnaires analyze use validity, reliability, rank spearman, importanceperformance
analysis (IPA) and customer satisfaction index (CSI). Filing this
questionnaire asking several consumers about experience shopping in Indogrosir
Pekanbaru to google form. Result of this research Customer Satisfaction Index
(CSI) is 77,80% and there’s 22,20% remain to fulfilled satisfaction consumer.
Consumer demeanor value is 305,79 closes to good. The most important marketing
mix that needs to be improved and upheld because those have connection to
purchase intention are brightness, expansion, product places, price and quality,
quality product, bonuses, affordable price, trusted promo, product availability, and
variation of product. Marketing mix has relation to characteristic consumer such
age, income, and range. Consumer behavior has relation in characteristic consumer
such age, income, and range.
