Analisis Pendapatan Usahatani Kakao (Theobroma Cacao L.) Pola Swadaya Di Kecamatan Benai Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi
ABSTRACT
Cocoa (Theobroma cacao L.) is a potensial export commodity for Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine how to cultivate cocoa self-help pattern, analyze production costs, income and efficiency of cocoa farming and the factors that affect cocoa farming income. The research method used is survey method and cocoa farmer interview, using primary data and secondary data. The analysis used is descriptive analysis, cost analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study stated that farmers did not cultivate cacao in accordance with the recommendations set. The average cost for farmers is Rp.431.941,00/lg/year, with fixed costs fo Rp.251.588,00/lg/year and variable costs of Rp.180.353,00/lg/year. The net income/profit obtained by farmers is Rp.930.853,00/lg/year. The RCR value obtained is 3 which indicates that cocoa farming in Benai District, Kuantan Singingi Regency is feasible to be developed. Factors that affect cocoa farming income in Benai District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, namely: land area and production.
