Analisis Kelayakan Finansial Usaha Pengolahan Ikan Asin Di Kelurahan Bagan Barat Kecamatan Bangko Kabupaten Rokan Hilir (Studi Kasus Usaha Pengolahan Ikan Asin Bapak Ali Sahbana)

ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze financial feasibility and sensitivity to changes in input prices,
changes in production quantities and changes in output prices in the salted fish processing
business of Mr. Ali Sahbana in Bagan Barat Village, Bangko District, Rokan Hilir
Regency. The research method used is a case study method, the data used are primary
data and secondary data. Data analysis of investment criteria used are Net Present Value
(NPV), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C ratio), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and
Payback Period (PP). The results showed that this salted fish processing business is
feasible to run because it has a positive NPV value of Rp.1,751,512,388, Net B/C>1
which is 12.67, IRR is greater than the Social Opportunity Cost of Capital (SOCC) which
is 75.29 % and PP 3.38 years, which means this business has covered investment costs
before the end of the business life. Salted fish processing business is still feasible if there
is an increase in the price of fresh fish by 13.54%, a decrease in the amount of production
by 41.16% and a decrease in output prices by 12.57%.
