Penilaian Tingkat Kerentanan Dan Kerusakan Pesisir Pulau Singkep Sebagai Upaya Pencegahan Kerusakan Pantai
Singkep Island is a coastal area. Coastal areas face various pressures and
development and change. Therefore, the coast is always changing, including
environmental changes that can be caused by human activities. These changes
have an impact on changes in the coastline. Considering the condition of
residential areas and access to transportation such as roads on the coast, this is
considered quite important for analysis. One way that can be done to prevent
disasters in coastal areas is to carry out a coastline vulnerability analysis using
the CVI method. The results of the research carried out using data in 2015, 2018,
2019, and 2020 which were divided into I-V segments, the shoreline changes
calculated along the Singkep Island Coastal line with a total length of 28 km. The
level of vulnerability of the coastal of Singkep Island using the CVI method is in
two categories, namely low and medium. The moderate category is located in the
segment I in Sedamai Village with a value of (21.21) and the low category is
located in segments II to V consists of Persing Village, Berindat Village, Dabo
Lama Village, and Batu Berdaun Village with CVI values (0-20). The results of
the analysis of the relationship between the level of vulnerability and damage to
the coastal area of Singkep Island, based on regression analysis using excel,
obtained the Multiple R result with a value of 0.8 and the standard error value
with a value of 29.4, the smaller the value of the standard error number, the
results of the correlation of the two values can be concluded that the relationship
between the two values has a high enough closeness correlation.
