Pengaruh Persepsi, Minat, Dan Pendapatan Terhadap Keputusan Mengkonsumsi Produk Halal Di Kota Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT The availability of adequate of halal products is a major problem to meet consumer needs, especially the State of Indonesia which has a composition of society that is dominated by the Muslim population, Pekanbaru City, currently has 84.54% Muslim population. The purpose of this study was to determine whether public perception, public interest, and community income simultaneously and partially affect the decision to consume halal products in Pekanbaru City. The data used in this study is primary data using the Incidental Sample technique so that the population of this study is determined to use as many as 100 consumers of halal product respondents taken from the sample of the people of Pekanbaru City who are included in the working workforce. This study uses the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method to see the influence between the dependent variable and the independent variable. The findings of this study indicate that partially stating interest and income have a positive effect on the decision to consume halal products, while perception does not affect the decision to consume halal products in Pekanbaru City. These findings also show that simultaneously perceptions, interests, and income affect the decision to consume halal products in Pekanbaru City.
