ABSTRACT
Productivity is the comparison between the results achieved (output) with all the resources used (input). In general, machine productivity per hour depends on production per cycle, number of cycles, cycle time and work efficiency. In collecting data on productivity, only secondary data is used, namely speed, cycle time, distance, times schedule and heavy equipment data used. On productivity results can obtain effective working time on each job with the duration of time on Excavation work is 7 working days, Class B Aggregate Layer 9 working days, Class A Aggregate Layer 7 working days, Prime Coating Layer 1 working day, Layer Adhesive (Tack Coat) 2 working day, Lapis AC-BC 5 working days, and Lapis AC-WC 6 working days, so the total effective duration is 37 working days. The heavy equipment used for each job is excavation work using 1 excavator and 9 dump trucks, class B and class A aggregate layer work using 1 wheel loader 5 dump trucks 1 motor grader 1 vibratory roller and 1 PTR, liquid asphalt work using 1 asphalt sprayer, AC-BC and AC-WC asphalt works using 1 dump truck, 1 finisher, 1 tandem roller and 1 PTR. So that the total heavy equipment used is 9 dump trucks, 1 excavator, 1 motor grader, 1 vibratory roller, 1 PTR, 1 tandem roller, 1 finisher, 1 wheel loader and 1 asphalt sprayer. Comparison of work time on the planning time schedule with the calculated time, that is, on excavation work with a design time of 9 weeks becomes 1 week, class B aggregate layer work with a design time of 8 weeks becomes 2 weeks, class A aggregate layer work with a design time of 8 weeks becomes 1 week, binder impregnating layer work with a planned time of 7 weeks became 1 week, adhesive layer work with a planned time of 6 weeks became 1 week, AC-BC asphalt work with a planned time of 7 weeks became 1 week, and AC-WC asphalt work with a 6 week plan to 1 week.
