Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Guru Ppkn Terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa Di SMP Pondok Pesantren Al – Karomah Aidarusy Sibiruang Kabupaten Kampar

This research is motivated by a phenomenon that shows the low learning
motivation of students at SMP Pondok Pesantren Al – Karomah Aidarusy
Sibiruang, Kampar Regency. Based on a literature study conducted by
researchers, the teacher's leadership style is an effort to increase student
motivation. So that researchers are interested in conducting research with
the title the influence of the PPKn teacher's leadership style on student
learning motivation at SMP Pondok Pesantren Al - Karomah Aidarusy
Sibiruang, Kampar Regency. The formulation of the problem in this study
is whether there is an influence of the PPKn teacher's leadership style on
student learning motivation at SMP Pondok Pesantren Al – Karomah
Aidarusy Sibiruang, Kampar Regency. The population in this study
amounted to 131 students and the sample of this study was 25% of the total
population to 34 respondents using the Proportional Sampling Technique.
Data collection methods are observation, questionnaires, interviews,
documentation and literature studies. Processing data with quantitative
analysis techniques with a simple linear regression formula. Based on the
results of research on the Effect of Civics Teacher Leadership Style on
Students' Learning Motivation at SMP Pondok Pesantren Al - Karomah
Aidarusy Sibiruang, Kampar Regency, it can be concluded that there is an
influence of PPKn Teacher's Leadership Style on Student Motivation at
SMP Pondok Pesantren Al - Karomah Aidarusy, namely 18 .4%.
