Pengaruh Suku Bunga Deposito Dan Pdrb Terhadap Simpanan Masyarakat Bank Umum Di Provinsi Riau Tahun 2000-2021

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of variable interest rates on deposits and GRDP on public deposits of commercial banks in Riau Province in 2000-2021. The method of analysis in this study uses secondary data which is classified as time series data which is descriptive and quantitative. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression model estimation with statistical tests (t test, F test, determination coefficient R², correlation coefficient), and classical assumption test. The results of the study by testing the partial regression coefficient (t test) showed that the independent variable of deposit interest rates with a probability of (0.0000 < 0.05) had a significant effect on public savings in commercial banks in Riau Province. Meanwhile, the GRDP variable also has a significant effect on public savings in commercial banks in Riau Province with a probability of (0.0012 < 0.05). The F-test shows that together the two variables of deposit interest rates and GRDP have a significant effect on public deposits of commercial banks in Riau Province with prob (F-statistics) of 0.000000
