Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Penawaran Tenaga Kerja Lanjut Usia Di Kota Pekanbaru

ABSTRACT
Study this aim for analyze influencing factors Labor Offer Carry on Age in
Pekanbaru City . As for the purpose more detail from study this are : (1) For analyze
the effect of education level on Labor Offer Carry on Age (2) For analyze the effect
of Health Level on Labor Offer Carry on Age (3) For analyze influence Wage rate
to Labor Offer Carry on Age in Pekanbaru City . The data used in this research is
secondary data. The secondary data used in this research is quantitative data,
namely time series data by taking time samples from the period 2011-2020 . The
variables used in the research are in official publications from the Central Statistics
Agency. For test hypothesis , the data is processed and analyzed with use technique
analysis Multiple Linear Regression with using the EVIEWS Statistics program .
Research results with a test of coefficient regression by partial (t test) shows that
Education level with probability of (0.0463 < 0.05) means take effect positive and
significant to offer power work carry on age . As well as the level of Health with
probability of (0.0227 < 0.05) means take effect positive and significant to offer
power work carry on age . Whereas variable level Income take effect negative and
no significant to offer power work carry on age . F test shows that by together the
three level variables Education , level Income , and Health level have an effect
significant to offer power work seniors in Pekanbaru City with probability (Fstatistic
) is 0.030729 < 0.05 and R 2 by 62.52%.
