Analisis Konflik Perkebunan (Studi Kasus Konflik Masyarakat Desa Koto Aman Dengan Pt. Sekar Bumi Alam Lestari Kecamatan Tapung Hilir Kabupaten Kampar)

ABSTRACT
The conflict in the plantation land between the community of Koto Aman village and PT. Sekar Bumi Alam Lestari started from the community stated that ±1.500 hectare of oil palm plantation land that is included in the company’s concession is owned by the community. The community demands the cancellation of the concession certificate or the company makes full compensation for community land that is included in the company’s concession. This research aims to determine conflict mapping and conflict phases, to determine the factors that cause conflict, identify the impact of conflict and analyze the relationship between the factors that cause conflict and the intensity of emerging conflicts. The sample in this study amounted to 42 people and 5 key informants who were taken by Purposive Sampling method. This study uses mix method analysis, qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the study, the conclusion in this research is conflict mapping on land conflicts between the community of Koto Aman Village and PT. Sekar Bumi Alam Lestari involving various government parties from the village to the center. The conflict between the community of Koto Aman Village and PT. Sekar Bumi Alam Lestari has not reached the conflict resolution and post-conflict phases because a win-win solution for both parties has not found. The aspect of the cause of conflict with a high score has a significant value, that is aspects of inappropriate rewards, aspects of differences of opinion, aspects of resource limitation and aspects of needs.
