Analisis Kelayakan Finansial Usaha Tani Pepaya California (Carica Papaya L.) Di Kecamatan Rumbai Barat Kota Pekanbaru

ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the financial feasibility and sensitivity to changes in input price increases, output price decreases , and production volume decreases California papaya farming in West Rumbai District, Pekanbaru City. The research method used is survey method. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data analysis was carried out using the investment criteria approach, namely Net Present Value (NPV), Net Benefit Cost Ratio ( Net B/C), and Internal Rate of Return (IRR). The results showed that California papaya farming is feasible to run and develop because it has a positive NPV value of Rp31.204.415, the value of Net B/C> 1 is 1,69, the IRR value is greater than the Social Opportunity Cost of Capital (SOCC), which is 44,15%. California papaya farming is still feasible to run despite a 55% increase in input prices, a 12% decrease in output prices and a 10% decrease in total production.
