Analisis Pendistribusian Dana Baznas Terhadap Pendapatan Mustahiq Di Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti Sebelum Dan Pada Saat Covid-19

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to analyze the distribution of BAZNAS funds, there were differences in the distribution of BAZNAS funds to mustahiq income in Meranti Islands Regency before and during Covid-19. This study uses descriptive quantitative analysis using secondary data that is time series in the form of financial reports from the BAZNAS office in Meranti Islands Regency. The method used in this study is nonparametric analysis using theory and data related to research using the Wilcoxon marked level test. The results of this study indicate that in the wilxocon marked level test, the positive sign is 250 and the negative sign is 11, so the number of levels is 11 because the smallest value is taken. Where the number of recipients of zakat funds before and during Covid-19 was 43 people, with 0.01% (261) neglect. The results of the analysis show that T_hit (11) < T_(tab ) (261) then H0 is rejected. This means that zakat recipients in Meranti Islands Regency had differences before and during Covid-19 where the mustahiq's income before Covid-19 increased but during Covid-19 the mustahiq's income decreased. This causes people who receive zakat to decrease because people who give zakat decrease.
