ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the technology acceptance model (technology acceptance model) on usage behavior smartphone for oil palm farmers in Dayun District, Siak Regency. Respondents are taken by random sampling as many as 60 respondents consisting of 2 villages, namely Sialang Sakti Village and Teluk Merbau Village. The type of data used is quantitative data presented in the form of a scalelikert. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used isStructural Equation Model (SEM) by usingsoftware SmartPLS version 4. The results obtained in this study are that there is no significant effect between perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness, there is a significant and positive effect between perceived ease of use and attitude to use, there is a significant and positive effect between perceived usefulness and attitude to use, there is no there is a significant influence between perceived usefulness on behavioral intention, there is no significant effect between usage attitudes on behavioral intention, there is a significant and positive value effect between behavioral intention on actual use, there is a significant and positive value effect between internal factors on perceived ease of use, there is no significant effect between internal factors on perceived usefulness, there is a significant and positive effect between external factors on perceived convenience, there is a significant and positive effect between external factors on perceived convenience use.
