ABSTRACT Sumber Rezeki farmer group is a farmer group located in Titian Antui Village with the largest land area among other farmer groups, namely with 25 members with a land area of 15 ha. In addition, the source of sustenance farmer group is the only farmer group that has received a cooperation program between the local government and cevron, namely the food security program in 2019-2020, the source of sustenance farmer group is one of the farmer groups that received the program, this is because the source of sustenance farmer group is the most active farmer group among other farmer groups, The enthusiasm of the group members in attending the trainings held is one of the reasons why this farmer group can be selected as the group that accepts the food security program. Empowered farmers will be able to take advantage of the area of land they own so that they can produce maximum production. This study was in the form of a case with the number of respondents as many as 25 farmers who were members of the farmer group of the source of sustenance. This research was measured quantitatively using an analytical tool in the form of a likert scale analysis with a spearman rank correlation test. Based on the results of the spear rank test, the farmer group of the source of sustenance has a significant value, and has a strong degree of closeness between the role of the group and. Based on Spearman Rank test results. There is a significant relationship between the group role variable and the empowerment variable with a significant value of 0.049 so that it can be categorized in the strength of positive relationships or play a role with strong closeness. This means that farmer groups of sources of sustenance have a fairly important role in influencing the empowerment of rice farmers.
