Identifikasi Tingkat Literasi Keuangan Syariah Pada Mahasiswa Universitas Riau Jurusan Ilmu Ekonomi Angkatan 2018

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the level of Islamic financial literacy in students of the University of Riau, for the 2018 S-1 Development Economics Study Program, Department of Economics class of 2018. The population in this study were all students majoring in Economics, Class of 2018 as many as 106 students who were actively studying. The sampling technique used was saturated sample, that is, each member of the population was made a sample of 106 samples. Aspects of Islamic financial literacy used in this study include aspects of basic Islamic financial knowledge, aspects of sharia savings and loans, aspects of sharia insurance, and aspects of sharia investment. The research used is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The data analysis method used is descriptive statistics. The results show that the level of Islamic financial literacy for students of the 2018 Economics Department is 66.32%, if the percentage is categorized into the criteria for financial literacy level according to Chen and Volpe, then 66.32% is in the medium category. The average value obtained in the aspect of basic sharia financial knowledge is 68.94%, sharia savings and loans 68.92%, sharia insurance 60.01%, and sharia investment aspect 73.9%.
