Pengaruh Kepercayaan, Kualitas Layanan Dan Harga Terhadap Minat Beli Ulang Pada E-Commerce
This study aims to determine the effect of trust, service quality, and price on
repurchase intention in e-commerce. The population in this study were active S1
students of the Department of Social Science Education, Faculty of Teacher
Training and Education, University of Riau who used e-commerce as a place to
shop online. The sample in this study amounted to 180 students with the sampling
technique using purposive sampling technique. The data collection method used
questionnaires which were distributed directly and the data collected was then
tabulated and analyzed using multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was
carried out by means of partial and simultaneous significant tests. Hypothesis
testing is done by F test and t test. Based on the results of the study stated that
trust, service quality and price have a positive and significant effect on
repurchase intention both simultaneously and partially. Therefore, if e-commerce
has good trust from consumers, has good service quality and prices that match the
products offered, then consumer repurchase interest will increase.
