ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of education level and wage level on women who work in the wholesale and retail trade, repair and maintenance of cars and motorcycles in Pekanbaru City. This study uses primary data. Using a sample of 100 women who work in the wholesale and retail trade, repair and maintenance of cars and motorbikes in the city of Pekanbaru. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression, statistical tests include the f test, t test, and R square, as well as the classic assumption test, namely normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity with the help of the SPSS 25.0 program
From the results of this study it was found that the variable level of education wage level has a significant influence on women who work in the wholesale and retail trade, repair and maintenance of cars and motorcycles in the city of Pekanbaru. Similarly, partially, the education level variable (X1) and the wage rate variable (X2) have a significant effect on women working in the wholesale and retail trade, repair and maintenance of cars and motorcycles in Pekanbaru City.
