Persepsi Guru Terhadap Pelaksanaan Gerakan Literasi Sekolah Di SDN 105 Pekanbaru
Elementary school is the basic level of formal education, students must be familiar
with reading and writing activities which are an important part of the learning
process. The purpose of this research is to know and describe the perceptions of
teachers in implementing the school literacy movement in elementary schools. This
research is descriptive quantitative research. Subjects in the study amounted to 30
teachers. Data collection methods are questionnaires and interviews. The results of
processing the questionnaire on the indicator of teacher absorption and acceptance
of the implementation of the school literacy movement obtained a total score of
89.89%, the teacher's understanding indicator of the implementation of the school
literacy movement obtained a total score of 87.29%, and the teacher's assessment
and evaluation indicator of the implementation of the school literacy movement
obtained a total score of 89.58% . The overall average total score is 88.92% in the
very good category. Based on the results of interviews with five teachers, it was
concluded that this elementary school had implemented a school literacy movement
program at the habituation stage and the teacher's perception of implementing the
school literacy movement in elementary schools was in a very good category and
had a positive impact on the progress of school literacy.
