ABSTRACT Information system strategic planning is needed for the development and sustainability of information systems and information technology in the present and also in the future in an institution. UPT TIK University of Riau (UNRI) is an agency that makes information systems and information technology helpful in all activities carried out. Therefore, information system strategic planning is a must so that the development of service information systems at UPT TIK, University of Riau can be maximized and on target. Preparation of strategic planning for the development of service information systems at UPT TIK, University of Riau using the TOGAF framework. The results obtained from this study are strategic planning (RENSTRA) and blueprint recommendations regarding the development of service information systems at UPT TIK, University of Riau using the TOGAF Architecture Development Method.
