Pengaruh Kualitas Layanan Shopee COD Dan Promosi Gratis Ongkir Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Belanja On-Line Shopee Mahasiswa Jurusan Pips Universitas Riau
This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of Shopee COD services and free shipping promotions on the purchase decision of Shopee online shopping students of the PIPS Department, University of Riau. The method used in this study is a quantitative description method with a total sample of 70 people. The data collection instrument used in this study was a questionnaire in the form of a Google form using a Likert scale. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The research results obtained show that service quality and promotion together have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with the regression equation Y = 6.162 + 0.119X1 + 0.328X2 + e and contribute 30.8% and the rest is influenced by other factors that not researched.
