Pengaruh Umur Usaha, Kualitas Produk, Dan Motivasi Usaha Terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) Tahu Dan Tempe Di Kelurahan Bukit Batrem Kota Dumai
This study aims to determine the effect of business age, product quality, and
business motivation on the success of tofu and tempeh SMEs in Bukit Batrem
Village, Dumai City. The research population is tofu and tempeh SMEs in Bukit
Batrem Village, Dumai City. The research sample of all tofu and tempeh SMEs in
Bukit Batrem Village, Dumai City, totaling 35 business actors, with sampling
techniques using saturated sampling techniques. The data collection method uses
a questionnaire that is distributed directly, and the data collected is then
tabulated and analyzed using multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing is
done with the F test and t test. Based on the results of the study, business age,
product quality, and business motivation have a positive and significant effect on
business success both simultaneously and partially. Therefore, if business actors
have a long enough business life, have good quality products produced, and have
high business motivation, then business success will be achieved.
