Analisis Keunggulan Bersaing Dan Kelayakan Finansial Usaha Lempuk Durian (Studi Kasus : Lempuk Durian Cik Mas Ayu Di Kecamatan Bantan Kabupaten Bengkalis)

This study aims to find out the Competent Conditions and Advantages of Financial Aspects of Lempuk Durian Cik Mas Ayu. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method that describes the conditions of Cik Mas Ayu's durian clay mining business which includes resources in Cik Mas Ayu clay mining business, including tangible resources, intangible resources and capabilities. The quantitative method is a systematic model to see business feasibility based on investment criteria such as Net Present Value (NPV), B/C Ratio, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and Payback Period (PP). The results of this study show that the RBV concept with the VRIN model stated that Cik Mas Ayu's durian business has an advantage in intangible resources, namely having employees who fit in with education and experience, known to the community with superior service and good product quality, have employees who provide education and experience his ideas and creatives. The capability is to have a brand that is easily recognizable and has a good name for the company. On the financial aspect with the NPV > 0 criteria with a value of Rp. 124,959,064.5 is worth the effort. The B/C Ratio calculation has been 1.110606 > 1 worth of effort. The IRR investment criteria show that the discount rate determined by the bank's investment interest rate in general is 12%, with the IRR value of 69%, so the investment in Cik Mas Ayu's investment is more profitable than saving a bank with an investment interest rate of 12%. And in the PP investment criteria, it shows that Cik Mas Ayu's durian investment business has an investment that produces cash flow that can cover the investment costs already incurred, namely PP of 7 months and 10 days.
