ABSTRAC
ANALYSIS OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE HOPEFUL FAMILY PROGRAM (PKH) IN IMPROVING THE ECONOMY OF THE POOR COMMUNITY (STUDY IN TENAYAN RAYA DISTRICT, PEKANBARU CITY)
The research objective was to find out whether the PKH program could improve the economy of the poor and to analyze income and consumption of the community before and after the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in improving the economy of the poor in Tenayan Raya District, Pekanbaru City. This type of research uses a descriptive survey, namely a type of research that describes the variables studied and quantitative methods. The data analysis technique in this study is the different test model. This is used to analyze the research model before and after. The method used is the Paired Sample T-Test analysis model. The analysis was carried out using the SPSS software program.
The results of this study indicate that the PKH program is already running with the existing provisions, because it is supported by factors such as accuracy of targeting, availability of facilities and assistance activities, and the benefits are felt directly by the poor, this can increase the economic welfare of the poor and for income from the results of the test analysis. the difference in paired samples T-test before and after the implementation of the PKH program is with a significant 0.00 is smaller than 0.05. Meanwhile consumption/expenditure from the results of the paired samples T-test analysis before and after the implementation of the PKH program is significantly 0.00 is smaller than 0.05. This indicates that the income and consumption of the poor have a significant influence before and after the implementation of the PKH program in Tenayan Raya District.
