ABSTRACT
The paper production process produces a lot of waste, such as white water which
still contains high total suspended solids (TSS). To overcome this, PT. RAPP uses
a disc save all system which functions to recover fiber and separate the filtrate
into several types of filtrate, namely super clear filtrate, clear filtrate, and cloudy
filtrate. In this final project, we learn about disc save all and the factors that
affect the separation of filtrate on disc save all, and do not focus on recovered
fiber. Based on the results of the final project, it is known that the factors that
affect the separation of filtrate on disc save all are disc save all speed, sweetener
stock ratio, and segment conditions.
