“ Pengoptimalan Drynes Pada Lime Mud Sebelum Dikirim Ke Dalam Lime Kiln Untuk Proses Pembakaran“
ABSTRACT
This process requires a lime kiln unit to burn lime mud so that a calcination reaction occurs which produces lime. Product quality is determined by various factors, one of which is the dryness of the lime mud. Drynes in lime is the water content in lime mud. To get the dryness of lime there are several value factors that must be maintained such as WSS (water soluble sodium), Vat level, speed disc, pressure vacuum pump. In this study, an analysis was carried out on how to optimize Drynes by analyzing data from WSS (water soluble sodium), fat level, speed disc, pressure vacuum pump. The results of the analysis on the data are that if the WSS value is high then you will get low dryness and if the WSS value is low then you will get a high dryness value, if the Vat level value is low then you will get a low drynes value then to get high dryness then the Vat level value must be is kept high, if the speed disc value is slow then it will get a high drynes value but if the disc speed is fast then it will get a low dryness, and if the pressure vacuum value is low then it will get a low dryness value then to get a high drynes value the pressure vacuum must be kept high in order to get a high drynes value.
