Pengaruh Pemberian Poc Limbah Cair Tahu Dan Npk Grower Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Produksi Bawang Merah (Allium Ascalonicum L.)
ABSTRACT
Shallot is one of the horticultural commodities that has very good prospects. The low productivity of shallots is due to soil degradation, poor land management, cultivation techniques and the use of fertilizers that are not appropriate. This study aims to determine the interaction of tofu liquid waste and NPK Grower, and to get the right dose for the growth and production of shallot plants.The research was carried out at the Experimental Garden Unit, University of Riau from June 2022 to August 2022. The research was carried out experimentally using a completely randomized design (CRD). The treatment tested was a dose of liquid organic fertilizer (A) consisting of A0 (Concentration of Tofu Liquid 0%), A1 (Concentration of Tofu Liquid Waste 20%), A2 (Concentration of Tofu Liquid Waste 40%), A3 (Concentration of Tofu Liquid Waste 60%) and the dosage of NPK Grower (P) consists of P0(0 g per m2), P1(20g per m2), P2(30g per m2), P3 (40g per m2). Parameters observed were plant height, number of leaves,plant tuber diameter, number of tubers per hill, fresh tuber weight, stored tuber weight and tuber weight loss. The data obtained were analyzed statistically using analysis of variance and further tested with the Honest Significant Difference at the 5% level. The results showed that combination liquid waste of tofu with a concentration of 40% and NPK Grower 300 kg.ha-1 showed the highest results for parametersplant height, number of fresh plant tubers, fresh tuber weight, tuber weight that was fit to store and tuber weight loss.
