Uji Antagonis Beberapa Agens Hayati Terhadap Patogen Lasiodiplodia Sp. Penyebab Penyakit Busuk Buah Pada Tanaman Jambu Air (Syzygium Semarangense) Secara In Vitro
ABSTRACT
This study aims to find out the antagonistic potential of several biological agents to act as a bio-control against pathogenic fungi Lasiodiplodia sp. causing fruit rot disease of wax apple (Syzygium semarangense). The study was conducted experimentally using a complete randomized design (RAL) consisting of 5 treatments and repeated 5 times. The treatments used in the experiment were A0 (without treatment), A1 (Trichoderma hamatum), A2 (Trichoderma harzianum), A3 (Gliocladium sp.), A4 (Aspergillus sp.) grown on the Potato Dextrose Agar (PDA) medium. The data collected was statistically analyzed using diversity fingerprint and further tests with Tukey at a level of 5%. The results of the antagonistic test of biological agents against the pathogenic fungus Lasiodiplodia sp. showed that Aspergillus sp. had a high antagonistic activity with an inhibition rate of 66,00% and a hyperparasitic lysis type, which was not significantly different from Gliocladium sp. with an inhibition rate of 65.33% and a hyperparasitic lysis type. The biological agents T. hamatum and T. harzianum had the same level of inhibition against Lasiodiplodia sp., which was 56.00%, significantly different from Aspergillus sp. and Gliocladium sp. However, they had different hyperparasitic types, with T. hamatum showing an entwining type and T. harzianum showing a lysis type.
