Uji Konsentrasi Biofungisida Berbahan Aktif Trichoderma Sp. Dan Gliocladium Sp. Terhadap Fusarium Oxysporum Penyebab Penyakit Moler Pada Tanaman Bawang Merah (Allium Cepa L.) Secara In-Vitro
ABSTRACT
Shallots (Allium cepa L.) is a widely consumed horticultural commodity that offers numerous benefits, such as acting as an antibiotic substitute and aiding in reducing blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar levels. The production of red onion is hindered by the damping-off disease caused by F. oxysporum. The growth of Aloe vera is greatly influenced by proper cultivation practices, including the use of suitable growing media and adequate nutrient supply, resulting in optimal plant growth. The study utilized a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of
6 treatments and 4 replications, totaling 24 experimental units. The commercial biofungicide treatment (B) comprised 6 levels: B0 = 0% control, B1 = 20% biofungicide concentration, B2 = 40% biofungicide concentration, B3 = 60% biofungicide concentration, B4 = 80% biofungicide concentration, B5 = 100% biofungicide concentration. The observed parameters in this research were pathogenicity test, pre-treatment characteristics of F. oxysporum, biofungicide colony diameter, and inhibitory activity.
