ABSTRACT
Pekanbaru City is one of the cities that has experienced an increase in the physical development of the city and the population. This results in higher population density. The pollutant that has a significant impact is falling dust. This study aims to determine the concentration of falling dust and Pb content in falling dust. The research method used was the gravimetric method and testing the Pb content with Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy (AAS). /km2/month, the Pb content was 1.79 mg/m3 and 1.52 mg/m3 . In a residential area of 13.11 tons/km2/month, the lowest was 1.1 mg/m3 in the Bukit Mutiara area, which was 7.24 tons/km2/month and the Pb content was 0.81 mg/m3.
