Rancang Bangun Monitoring Motor Induksi Tiga Fasa Berbasis Local Server
ABSTRACT
Our country is experiencing rapid industrial development. This causes the increasing need for equipment production that is more cost and time efficient. Induction motors have simple construction, are cheaper, lighter, have a high level of efficiency and are easier to maintain. Ideally a three-phase induction motor requires a balanced supply voltage, but in reality this condition is very difficult to obtain. ANSI Std C84.1 of 1989 allows the imbalance of three-phase electric current according to the standard is 3%. This thesis designs a three-phase induction motor monitoring system. uses the PZEM-004T sensor, and ESP8266 receives readings from the sensor and sends data to the server. The end result of this system will be seen in the form of a website on a PC/laptop. Testing the accuracy of the sensor by testing several electrical quantities. Voltage measurement accuracy is 99.1%, frequency measurement is up to 100% and the proportion of power measurement is 95%, the average current error proportion is 2.2%, voltage measurement is only 0.84%, the frequency error proportion is very low, namely 0.28% , the highest average power error is 10.4% and the power factor error is 10.7%. The results of testing the web server using ApacheBenchmark with 5000 requests and 500 concurrency numbers takes 62,648 seconds for the test to complete. Displays requests per second with an average of 79.79 [#/sec] The time per request is 12.533ms, the transfer rate is 20.8 Kbytes/s.
